Read this before you make a decision

The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations! I had a lovely time enjoying the spacious suite equipped with everything I needed.

Unfortunately, the front desk staff lacked professionalism and the gym was too cramped for comfort.

Liked this wonderful accommodation with very nice and welcoming staff at the reception desk. The location was favourable - right by the restaurant, less than 10 minutes to the lake and local eateries, events, and wine tours. Furthermore, close to everything in the city👌

More fun than I expected!

The room was super clean, and I loved the added convenience of a kitchenette. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation after a day out. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

A relaxing and pretty standard hotel with affable employees at the reception desk. Recently refurbished and stylish room available with a balcony, nice view, refrigerator. Marvellous, decent location in Kelowna, right by the airport and downtown, and restaurants and shops.

It was very quiet there. Supermarket is within walking distance.

I loved how close this place is to Mission Creek Regional Park, where I spent hours wandering the trails, and the farmers' market was a quick stroll away were great. Plus, the breakfast was very good and offered lots of seating, which I appreciated as a solo traveler enjoying a weekend getaway.

Rooms not ready on arrival at 16 o'clock - but were compensated with free drinks and sweets. not a good location on main road

Booked a queen room with a work desk, a multi-channel TV and a coffee machine. Had central location close to beach.

The pool area was a hit with the little ones, and we enjoyed the variety at breakfast. The hotel is super close to attractions like SilverStar.

My children wanted a safer play area. A better designated spot for kids would be great.

The hotel and its staff are very good. I thought it was an okay situation. There are several shopping malls nearby and restaurants in the vicinity. The nightlife centre is a bit secluded after all.

A Mixed Bag with Potential

Our stay had its ups and downs. The large room provided ample space for our family. Despite the loud fan, we enjoyed the spacious layout. Breakfast options lacked freshness. For a better experience, inquire about room cleanliness before settling in. The hotel has space to improve.

Breakfast, equipment and general appearance were good.

Lage was far from the lake.

Very large room with terrace, it was nice to be able to sit outside. Friendly staff, especially at breakfast.

At the arrival there were still some strange hairs in the bed, the next day the room was unfortunately not made despite the "House-Keeping" light being switched on, apparently it was too late to switch it on only at 10.30 am. However, we received compensation for this in the form of BW points.
