The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations! I had a lovely time enjoying the spacious suite equipped with everything I needed.

Unfortunately, the front desk staff lacked professionalism and the gym was too cramped for comfort.

More fun than I expected!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, and I loved the added convenience of a kitchenette. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation after a day out. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

enjoyable walks near parks and charming attractions

I loved how close this place is to Mission Creek Regional Park, where I spent hours wandering the trails, and the farmers' market was a quick stroll away, making it easy to indulge in local treats while soaking up the vibrant city atmosphere. plus, the breakfast was very good and offered lots of seating, which I appreciated as a solo traveler enjoying a weekend getaway.

We had a fantastic stay with our kids. The pool area was a hit with the little ones, and we enjoyed the variety at breakfast. The hotel is super close to attractions like SilverStar, making it an ideal base for family adventures.

My children wanted a safer play area. A better designated spot for kids would be great.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious lobby and modern decor, which felt both welcoming and accessible. The staff were attentive and promptly assisted me with my luggage, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. A truly delightful experience!

More accessible furniture in the dining area needed.

Checking in was a real hassle. we arrived 2.5 hours early and couldn’t get our room key until 6 p.m. The indoor pool was disappointing, with debris floating in the water that made our daughter uncomfortable enough to swim only once. The balcony view was obstructed by a wall, causing some frustration considering the price of the room. Additionally, the fan in our room was quite loud and kept us up at night. We also experienced noise disturbances from people below and felt too close to another balcony. Lastly, unexpected room service accessed our balcony door without permission, raising concerns about security.

I had a lovely stay after checking in quickly and enjoying a big, clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was surprisingly excellent with great variety, and I especially loved the outdoor hottub experience during the snow. I'd definitely choose this place again!
